Shipping & Order Processing

Processing Time & Tracking

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear.


Shipment Packaging

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages. This means you might receive your products at different times.

  • United Kingdom: 10–30 business days

  • Australia: 10–30 business days

  • Canada: 10–30 business days

  • Western Europe: 10–30 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–40 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.


Refund & Replacement Policy

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Our store does not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered.

We only offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or broken

  • The item arrived defective

  • The package was lost in transit

We do not offer refunds or replacements if a customer changes their mind after receiving their order.

Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is correct and complete, as ARVELLO is not responsible for lost or misrouted packages caused by incorrect address information.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please carefully review product descriptions and shipping times before placing an order.

I Ordered Multiple Items But Only Received One

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

We use multiple warehouses, so items may ship from different locations and arrive at different times.

If you receive one item before the others, please don't worry — the rest of your order is still on the way.


I Didn’t Receive a Confirmation Email

If you did not receive your order confirmation email:

  1. Double-check that the email address entered at checkout was correct.

  2. Check your Spam or Junk folder.

Why Are No Shipping Methods Available for My Order?

Some promotional or free products may be limited to one per order. If you see this message, please review the items in your cart.

If you wish to order multiple promotional items, you may need to place separate orders.
