At Arvello, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@ar-vello.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ar-vello.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been heavily used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please wait until it arrives and contact us to start a return.
